[Resolved]  BSNL Dataone — Cannot open account usage page

Dear Sir
The bsnl account management site from where the broadband usage is seen could not be opened from the date of connection days. Its very irritating because we cannot find out if we have acceded the limit or not.

UNABLE TO CHECK USEAGE OF my ACCOUNT

i am not able to check my account usage details from last week kindly debug your website so that it would be helpfull for us to check our account details

Dear sirs,

I am trying to see the dataone usage account for last 7 days or so as it is refusing to display, though I am able to check the inbox. It is important for me to check the account regularly so I should not use more than 1 GB.

Kindly look into this. If you have any comments to make, either you can mail at [protected]@dataone.in or my husband's mail id [protected]@yahoo.com. The monthly landline bills are regularly sent to my husband's mail box becuase he is a regular user of your broad band service. He deals in every matter on behalf of me.

i am murugan. i am a dataone 250 plan customer. since three months ago we could not see the account usage details. but my last month (november-2008) bill is 1800. but last month the net was not working properly. pl tell a solution
