HI, I am not able to check my data usage of dataone. when i go to check account usage link. That page is opening but after that i don't know where i should go to check my usage details. so can anyone guide me that how to check account usage. dataone modem — a/c usage not display
dear sir/ madamwhen i go for our checking account usage then when i submit then blank screen come so what to do for this.
so please rectify this problem and send information on this e-mail

same problem with me
When I got my connection I recd only user name, password and a/c no.I have not recd any e mail address or e mail password so, I cannot set my outlook express. Recently I can not able to check my broadband usage for the month.My tel phone no is [protected]. and mobile no is [protected]
net will autmatically discoonected during working nd bsnl portal open nahi hota!!!

I am not able to know the monthly broadband usage.I go to their portal.I go to their option -"Broadband Usage"but the page does not open.I am using broad band from one to two years but now i am annayed of so much high bill.they do not tell us monthly broadband usage.If they tell us monthly broadband usage we will be a little bit aware of the bill.

im not getting a signal in my phone which is really sad.customer care tells me that it will be rectified with in 48 hrs . Can anyone live without phone these days that to 48hrs ...???

BSNL — not network,no outlook configuration,no password
i got my internet connection one week back and till now neither the password nor wireless configuration nor outlook express has been configured and when called in the number they have provided while installing the device such as the modem ,there is no response and once got thro but the person gave another number which when called is always engaged tone,please help me out of this ,i really dont want this connection for which i have paid a big amount.
