[Resolved] BSNL — Deactivation of Excel Power service | |||
Respected Sir, I want to deactivate my excel power service as I am currently using a Rs. 65 STV which is for bsnl to bsnl(on network) 10 paisa per minute but due to excel power service the two numbers of excel power call rate is .30 paisa so I want to deactivate excel power service of bsnl. I also interacted with the bsnl customer care but they are not giving any type of correct solution of this problem. I want to deactivate my excel power service as I am currently using a Rs. 47 STV which is for bsnl to bsnl(on network) 20 paisa per minute but due to excel power service the two numbers of excel power call rate is .50 paisa so I want to deactivate excel power service of bsnl. I also interacted with the bsnl customer care but they are not recive my call.
Please help me out in deactivating excel power service.
