[Resolved]  BSNL Ernakulam, Kerala — ONLINE BILL PAYMENT NOT WORKING

I would like inform that I have a BSNL landline connection at Thodupuzha, (Ernakulam SSA), Kerala. My mother in Kerala uses this BSNL land line. I have been trying for long time to enroll myself for online bill payment option of BSNL as currently I'm staying and working in the United Arab Emirates. Apparently all my efforts to enroll my BSNL land line have been gone in vain. I was surprised to know that the online enrollment form doesn't have Kerala state as service circle in it's drop down menu. It's really surprising that in spite of being the substantial telecom operator of India BSNL portal ignores Kerala whereby it has millions of subscribers. Kindly advise me by email: [protected]@yahoo.com how can I make online payments as my mother is very age old…!!!

I posted this below mentioned complaint 2 Weeks Before, but till now here is no response from BSNL, if you are not taking any action please inform us to i have to inform (My Contact : [protected]@yahoo.co.in)

I have one BSNL Land line Connection my
Consumer No : is[protected].
My landphone is not working for more than six months, my mother complained more than 100 times in our exchange, they are not responding, one time they chaned the phone, but they didn't rectify the correct problem
The main reason that i compaint because my mother is staying alone at home, we are all abroad, moreover there is no range for any other mobile connection, this palce is near to Kilimanoor, but there is no range for all mobile connection, so this BSNL line line connection is the one and only way to contact my mother, she is old and sick
Now she cant go to exchange to compalin because she is sick
This kind of irresposibility from BSNL is really horrible
So i requested to make a solution for this problem
as soon as possibe

I have received Bill no.97031306 dated 7/08/2010 agianst consumer no.4510561 for Rs.1883/.Break up as follows:
Metered call charges 198/
Broad band modem rent Rs.1665.24
Tax 19.80
Surprisingly I have not taken any Broad Band connection tilldate.
Please correct and inform as bill last date payment is 20/08/2010
