I am a customer of BSNL prepaid mobile since last more than one year, from last 10-15 days BSNL has started health tips service on my mobile without my permission, on doubt I called BSNL customer care today dated 23/11/2010 on 12:08pm , I talked to executive regarding this matter , she told me that we can't tell you anything from here, as we can't check from here, then she asked me which type of msgs are you receiving ? I told her then she told me that health tips are started on your number , I told her that I have not started any health tips service on my number then as usual she told me that we(BSNL) don't start any service, I was expecting same type of answer from her as I knew that mobile companies are doing similar things to cheat customers with their money, then I told her to stop this service or I would complaint about it to TRAI, then she told me "Aapko jo bhi kuch karna hai kar lo hum yahan se kuch nahi kar sakte go and talk to your local exchange" . I was surprised to listen such type of answer from CUSTOMER CARE of BSNL mobile company. BSNL is sending health tips messages to me even at 12:30 in night when I am sleeping, even I lose 2-3 hours of sleep in night due to unwanted BSNL health tips messages. I request this forum and TRAI to take necessary action regarding this matter and stop this health tips service on my number .

Dear sir,
I am a BSNL prepaid mobile customer for the past two years. Now a days am getting unwanted calls and sms from BSNL. I tried to register DND, at the time am getting sms from bsnl that "your request is received and wait for registration number". But for the past one week, i didn't get any registration number and i fed up with unwanted calls. So kindly do the needful to resolve my problem, otherwise i will force to move for legal activities.
