Hello Sir this is vidhya ,mine also the same problem which the early one said that is last month me also got a call from bsnl to download a game on that time itself i said that sir i am not interested in this but he said that no mam it is free only but now i received a call regarding me to pay Rs.200 for this game which i had never used .Is this the way to behave , their is not even 1% percent honesty in ur word and kindly deactivate the subscription which u made by cheating us and tis is my no [protected]. I was also cheated by the BSNL Service man, , He rung up said that it was free and now they are grabbing Rs 200 p m, , BSNL Send its employees at night and rob the homes better

BSNL has unleashed its most fraudulent activity. Utter cheating. We dont want their stupid programmes. I have uninstalled the program months before. still they are charging me Rs 200 pm.

This is with the reference of earlier complain against of bsnl games on demand. I requested them several time to deactivate the service but its not done by there end and I am getting the bill from bsnl for the same.
I am not able to understand how it is possible by bsnl such like a government undertaking organisation.
Please assist me how to launch a complain in consumer forum.

this is anup bhattacharya . i want to deactivate my god service. this is forcefully given to my bsnl broadband connection. i dont know any procedure to deactivate this. so pls deactivate this. my ph no. [protected]
