[Resolved] BSNL Gprs — unsubscribe of services | |
i have gprs connection on my mobile phone during the surfing i opted for the wapsubscription of indiatimes video clips from 58888 for one week with the charges of Rs.10/- it doesn't mentioned in their offer that this subscription is continued after one week. i opted the same for one week but this is continued, the amount of Rs.10/- deducted every week from my account i also opt for unsubscribe this offer through their link provided to me but from the last month it doesn't opened as the reply comes out web:page not available.i want to unsubscribe this service please do favour for me. dear sirmy name sujeet i am customer of bsnl prepaid celluler service, i cant get gprs facility on my mobile no[protected] ; Ive complaint twice but the company exceutive cant give me satisfactory resolution or service, they only give me only complaint number what should i do. Do you help me this out ? pls help me soon.
