[Resolved]  BSNL-Gujarat — telephone not working properly

my landline number is not working from last 25 days. we had complained several times but no one had come ane still we are suffering same problem.

I have given an application for telephone connection on 19/6/8
till date there is no responce from bsnl,

Our land line number[protected] is not working since last
10 days and we have sent several complaints, but till date
it is not solved. Pl. depute somebody to solve our problem.
The telephone instrument is also very old (around 5 years old)
and not working properly. Pl. also change the same at the earliest.

MY LAND LINE NUMBER IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY SINCE LAST 2 WEEKS. IDONOT RECEIVE S.T.D CALL

I have been a Braodband user under Home-125 plan since[protected] on annual payment but the broadband e-mail menu doesn't start up particularly in the evenings and it should be shameful for BSNL to see that the menu in question gets opened through 'Google' website but that too with some difficulty otherwise 'mail.bsnl.in', I have found, doesn't show up after waiting for half an hour also. If my complaint is not redressed I am going to disconnect the same from April-2009.

Sir, I have made telephonic talk with responsible officer at Jhalod BSNL office, under the Godhara Telecom District, to connect my telephone line which was broked since September-2008, due to National Highway-No.8 authority had carried out the extension work of Nala surrounding of the Limdi village, said extension work was completed in the month of February-2009, but my telephone line which already underground was not reconnected/ joined even after nos. of reminders to Limdi, telephone exchange as well as responsible officer in charge of the Jhalod BSNL office, sir, I am now urge to you to do something form me and for public faith, as my telephone is a coin box connection, and may people are awaiting to start my telehpone as early as possible.

My telephone number 26924853, Satellite, Ahmedabad goes DEAD frequently in last 15 to 20 days. Docket numbers, assigned by the automated complain registration service, gets cancelled without solving the telephone problem.

I have given an application for telephone Brod band connection on 04/06/09

I am Dr M L Gaur, residing in Vadodara. My telephone no[protected] is not working since not days but since many months...I have tried many a times to cotact on phone .then registerded a complaiant in their gate register at Makarpura office...I also have broad band which is dead since any months...see our BSNL ..still they are moving with such an ease ..without caring for quality of custmor service...i am paying bills for last 2- 3 months with zero service from them...it is really very painful why this big elephant BSNL can provide the service at par with private ones...i dont know wat will happen to my complaint..even i have rquested toplease take off this connectiona s well as broad band ..i am puzzled and want to get rid offf it...but wat to do...

My Telephone no[protected] has been almost dead since 1st May 2009. I have requested so many times and there after made complaints but no response at all till time. I am very much depressed from so much neglected services.

Since last three monthswe daily lodge complaint on your automatic complaint regeister services for broadband related issues.
We are surprised that all our complaints are getting removed from your system without attending and solving the problems.

Please lokk into and advise the concern to solve the problem permanently.

I am Babu, residing at Makarpura, we have a BSNL Land Line bearing No. +[protected] which is not working from 18.05.2009 till date. We have complained about his fault with Makarpura Telephone Exchange at +[protected] several times and still no body attended the complaint.

Also we have received a Bill No. T0 [protected] for Rs. 739.00 (Rupees Seven Hudred and Thrirty Nine only) for the period of 01.05.2009 to 30.06.2009 which is really surprising.

You are requested to attend the complaint on PRIORITY, i am the one of thousands who is suffering these kind of problem and save the name of the great BSNL.
