[Resolved] BSNL — INTERNATIONAL ROAMING CHARGES PAID BUT THE SERVICE PROVIDER DID NOT ACTIVATE ROAMING SERVICE

I paid the necessary charges to activate international roaming facility to my Mobile no.[protected] during 18th July 2012 at Anna Nagar BSNL Office. But so far they have not activated the service to my mobile.
I have paid Rs.15000/- + Rs.5000/-. I would like to get back the amount of advance paid to them as the services were not activated when it is required.

dear sir
i am having international roaming of bsnl on my post paid cell no[protected], i came to new jercy, on 7th june with my nokia mobile 2600. but here i did not get the international roaming on my mobile, i tried to contact on there toll free no [protected] repeatedly but failed
what to do
