I am a coustomer of BSNL mobile prepaid since about six years.I want to submit a complain that,in 12/12/2011 at 05:29PM a got message from 55678030 indicating that "Thanks for subscribing Xplore Pack from Handygo at 12/12/2011 05:29PM for Rs30 vaild till 11/01/2012." But i did subscribe any such service.

Without any information or any request Rs30 is deducted from my balance.I want to get back the balance as soon as possible.In this case I already forward a complain to BSNL coustomer care.My complain No is L12AS204986.

" and Rs. 30 was deducted from my account, for a service which i have not subscribed for. Please refund this amount back to my prepaid account mob no:[protected]...

I am a coustomer of BSNL mobile prepaid since about five years.I want to submit a complain that, in 18/03/112 at evening time a got message from 55678030 indicating that "Thanks for subscribing Xplore Pack from Handygo at 18/03/12 at evening time for Rs30 vaild till 16/04/12." & contunew next two month rs 30/- loss But i did`n subscribe any such service.
Without any information or any request Rs30 is deducted from my balance.I want to get back the balance as soon as possible.In this case I already forward a complain to BSNL coustomer care.My complain No is C18BR1153749 on 18/03/12, 2nd complain no is C30BR1166500 on 30/03/12 & 3rd complain no is missing, plz deactive this service in this no...
