[Resolved]  BSNL Kalyan — Phone default

My telphone is out of order since last 5/6 days. Yesterday i paid my bill before last date i.e.29/10/08 but still it is not operational.

Please look into matter urgently and get the line functional. My number is 2200499.

Sir My cell with sim card Cell No. [protected] has been lost on journey. Now I am in Kuwait
what should I do to retrieve the same No. inIndia I am not available for the family to do
the needful with signature. I wish new sim with the same no. My land line No.[protected]
and sim is issued on the same address please guide me for the same

My telephone no. 2321069 is not working for last 5 days. It is completely dead. Also, I am paying telephone bill through ECS system. Till October I have received bills regularly. But Dec & Jan bill I have not received sofar. But through ECS an amount of Rs.678 has been dedected, entry of which appears in my Bank Passbooks (Janata Sahakari Bank, Kalyan).

I request you to please look into the problem on urgent basis as I find extremely difficult to contact anybody at home on emergency basis.

Also I request you to send bill for the last two months.

My telephone no. 2205997 is out of order since 15.02.2009 10.00 am. It is completely dead. There is no facility lodge complaints through mobile phones. If land line is out of order, some mobile no. needs to be provided to receiving complaints.I visited Kala Talav exchange office at Kalyan BSNL. There was nobody to receive the complaints. Please do the needful.

i had lodged complaint for my defaulted telephone no 2553000, instrument on 24/07/2009 (on line), but sorry to say there is no response from kalyan telecom (Ulhasnagar division).

Regret to inform you that land line no –[protected] is down from past two months and there is no action from M/s BSNL even though there are many complaint logged --- complaint no – 8359

Written complaint submitted on 3rd Aug 09. There are many more complaint in manual complaint register available at Nalasopara E exchange

I would request you to please ensure that the phone will be active with in next 3 working days.. BSNL is such a reputed company only because of few irresponsible officer / technician / line in charge it is losing the fame

I would appreciate in case you will act on this complaint

In case there will be no action from your end I will be compelled to go to court against M/s BSNL.
