BSNL Kalyan — Not receiving monthly bill

MY lANDLINE NO# [protected] i m not receiving my telephone bill every month, I already complaint for same but they not reply for same

my ph no is [protected] i m not getting the montely bill . many times i have complaint in purna & kalyan office sumtimes on phone even given it on written complain . but i have never got any feedback or bill from last 18 months . almost 7 times complain but no reply this is because this is a govt employee they know they are getting there salary and will get . if it would be a private employee they have to solve the cunsumer complains on the short span of time but here is nobady cares of such things . most of the times the line is dead . but they are charging the money for complete 1 month last time almost more than 30 days the line was dead but i have been charges for the whole month if its a problem of bsnl so they should only suffer why counsumer should suffer . . .
well let's see many written have done nothing . hopefully this mail should take out a way

MY LANDLINE NO# 227442 i m not receiving my telephone and internet bill every month, I already complaint for same but they not reply for same, They disconnected my internet 2 time due to non payment of my bill but that time i have not received bill from last 3 month. They says if you not receive bill take duplicate4 bill from BSNL office.But I get the reimbursment from my company only when I submitt the orignal bill to them.Kindly do the needful.

Sir my pone is at same adress since from twenty years and I am have not recieving my bsnl telephone original bill from seven to eight months by post

So I am suffering for my original bill by post to my same address because now I have taken a broadband connection and I want original bill by post regularly and email me on anand.[protected]@gmail.com.
