[Resolved]  BSNL Kerala — BROADBAND cheating

Address:Ernakulam, Kerala

BSNL broad speed assured is 8MB/s and we are in Rs 4500/- combo schme..
but what we actuallay getis around 2 mb/s..
Approched many times broadband help deska nd BSNL exchange..
They are unable to resolve this..
Cheating continuing in the form of their bill of the order of Rs 6000/- per month.
Where to address this issue..pls find the broad band speed test done on 16-02.2011..

now i m using the plan 850 combo, i couldn't get the speed more than 35kbps .what the ...is this?.
