[Resolved]  BSNL /land Line At Mehsana — Unresolved complaint lodged before 10 days

I have not received the security deposit amount from BSNL Mehsana office against the surender of my telephone No. 229789, which was working under Kalol Telephone Exchange. Now more than one year has been passed since the surender, as I shifted from Kalol to Ahmedabad

Dear Sir,

We would like to inform you about negligence of bsnl office kadi who are not at all willing to help the customers.

My landline phone No. 265726, 242476, 263101, 265727, 277376(Karannagar) which are dead since last more then one year and still in the same condition inspite of having registered a complaint on dated 03.02.2011, 07.03.2011, 04.04.2012, 26.04.2012, 22.08.2012 the complaint with having received stamp and also verbal complaint on telephone at BSNL Kadi.

we complaint alternate day at BSNL Kadi by telephone, still when we call them they would tell us every time, some were your line are cut and we did not get cable found and it is cleared within week. we are having a lot of problems in our business due to line are dead. Its a rule that if the landlines is dead for more than 3 days, refund is given. So i request you to start my phone and also give me my refund.

Respected Sir,

We would like to inform you about negligence of BSNL office MEHSANA who are not at all willing to help the customers.

My landline phone No. 244533 which I wanted to shift to my new address since couple of months ago, also I have requested to discontinure my BROADBAND connection and switch the plan but till date no action has been taken instead they are charging the rentals and issuing Bill every month without fail. Verbal complaint on telephone at BSNL Mehsana.

So i request you to discontinue the service and also give me my refund.

we are near mevad and having a Dealership of NISSAN CARS we have five line and non of the line are working since 1 month lot of complaint done but no response your side is this the way you provide the satisfaction no[protected]

BSNL patan zone provide very bad service. last 10 days phone and brodband not working at my home. i write comaint at BSNL website, patan branch and call parth(he is handing brodband sevice). no one reply properly. main point is bsnl delete your comaint after every week automataccly. sab chor hey. i revice bill time to time what ever phone working or not. i have some money for this types of bagger people and comapny.
