I have a mobile no. [protected] in my name pawan kumar devatwal it is a prepaid gsm no. this phone has been stolen by a girl on dated 3/3/10 form sant jayacharya college. i made a fir against it on dated 4/3/10 in bhatta basti police thana. I also inform our SP MR. Ashok Naruka (North) jaipur city by mail & a registry letter but they are not taking any action on this matter.
I also talked on this no. to that girl by changing my name.
Now i want the actiual location & also call details because that girl made some calls from my mobile.
i also attached with this letter a scan copy.
i hope you will help me & reply me soon

i am dillip,
i have asked details about an offer given by bsnl.
but they told there was no such offer at all and when i went with proof they told yes but the offer is over and when i argued with them they never remembered when i came.
and they are cheating the costumers all the time.

the fraud officers are
jayanthi(regional officer)
mythili(staff in booking counter)
and man (staff in booking counter)

i want the concerned authorities to take a serious act on them.

at last the man admitted his mistake.
but jayanthi is an irresponsible fraud.

I am from trichy near jj college and I had been bringing to the notice of customer care that I have tower problem for past three months and there is no action being taken by the customer care or the people who are responsible for it

my bsnl landline no is 2502516, i want to pay the bill but has not received the bill copy till date bcoz of that i cant pay the bill so kindly email me a duplicate copy of bill on my bill so that i can pay it to the earliest, as my telephone line is disconnected.

Lost my Samsung Mobile Handset alongwith BSNL Prepaid SIM Connection bearing No.[protected]

I am Bijay Agrawal from Varanasi, U.P. My BSNL Landline Telephone Number is 2505000. For the last one week I am regularly receiving telephone calls from someone who always introduces by different names and give names of different towns from where he is calling. He regularly threatens that he is calling from Income Tax office and ask for very big amount to keep his mouth closed against me. Because I had not done any unlawful work hence I frankly refuse him to pay any money so as to save my illegally earned money. The telephone calls comes from No. 0120.244.2341 : 0120.244.2203 : 0120.244.2222.
Sometimes when I try to contact at above Telephone Numbers my line is never connected. Due to this person misleading harassing calls I am in great trouble and it has made my life miserable.

The object of this complaint is that you should investigate the telephone numbers and take actions against the person doing this mischie[censored]nder Govt. of India Rules.

Kindly acknowledge my e-mail and, if possible keep me aware of the steps taken by you.

Unsubscribe the My SM Pack from[protected], I don't want it... Please help me..

In my mobile on 24 th march one message received stating that you have been subscribed to loveology survice and 30 rupee has been deducted. My 30 rupee got deducted as I had not request them for any subscription. please suggest me something. what to do?

I am a user of your dataone services from the past 2 years and using 750plus plan from the past 1 year living in MAIRTI KUNJ RISALI BHILAI. I am unsatisfied and tired off from your worst services and false promises. From the day I opted dataone never ever a week goes when your dataone broadband works at its best. 1st problem is that my line is never stable. I have complained a lot of times aproached lineman but non satisfied response I recieve from you people. Never you people bother about you customers. But the bills are sent in time! Even there are very less number of lineman employed here they are very cooperative. They told me the problem that the link is not stable is because of the cables. The underground cables have many joints due to municipality pipeline work. But your officers never take care of that, they want payment on time and need more and more wage revision and work nill. They ordered lineman to just make joints instead of laying new cables.
And the second awful problem is that your server is always not working. I couldnt connect to dataone or sometime I couldnot access dataone portal sometime I get connected to dataone but couldnot access internet. Whenever I call office they tell me the server is not working it is being repaired. My neighbours also have dataone connection but they have it in dataone domail and I have the account in which I need to go to data.bsnl.in to check usage. They never suffer any such problem. They are using same service as I and I am paying the same what they do.Then whats making difference? IS THE SERVERS GET OFTEN FAILED OR AM I BEING MADE FOOL! Your employees talk rudely even some of you people who are given the authorities to solve customer grievances talk that rudely as if they own BSNL and we are beggers. DO I PAY FOR KEEPING THE SERVERS NOT WORKING? Iam fed of your poor quality service but I cannot switch to another company as there is no other good ISP. CHANGE YOUR LOGO FROM" DATAONE ITS ALWAYS ON" TO "DATAONE ITS SOMETIMES ON" Repair your servers replace or install a new server , install new cables ,do whatever to keep your services running smoothly and help us not to cut our pocket for a waste and PLEASE maintain some strictness over your employees.

I have a BSNL land line connection installed at our residence C-52, Sector-O, Near Domestic Gas Service, Aliganj, Lucknow bearing telephone number[protected] which is in the name of my father Dr Ram Pratap, who is a Central govt. employee working in CDRI, Lucknow, with a broad band connection installed in the same.

I have lodged the complaint with the BSNL few days back for which the complaint number X 8087 was given to me. After that I have also gone out to meet the SDO at Kuris Road, and got my complaint lodged there too, telling them that my phone has been out of order for the past many days and my internet connection too is very slow and sometimes even not working at all.

The SDO assured me to look into the matter and told that soon services will be restored to normal but till date nothing satisfactory happened. I urge the authorities to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. BSNL must try to improve their services first rather than giving more connections which will only add to the problems of existing consumers.

I have been receiving messages (Read news) from 55500 for more than six months now. I have tried at least thrice to unsubscribe to this messaging service by sending an UNSUB sms. My UNSUB sms has always been accepted with a reply to this effect but the 'news' flow never ceased. I request you take up the matter with the concerned authorities for removing such unscruplous message providers from the databases of reputed mobile service providers.

My BSNL mobile has been theft around 5:15 am. I want't the SIM card to be blocked as early as possible as it contain much balance amount and also there is a risk of misuse. Thanking you...

Despite subsequent UNSUB ODP sms to 56505, my Mobile subscription is not deactivated and constantly stealing my money from my Account.
The sad part I don't even understand what is this mobile subscription meant for?

How can I deactivate this service?

I surrendered my Tele No[protected] in Jun 09. On surrendering I filled up a form regarding the place where to post the refund and i gave my home address in kerala. after few months when I enquired about my refund, BSNL replied that they've already despatched it to my PREVIOUS BILLING ADDRESS. I would like to focus your attention towards WLL Services which you are providing to the rural areas o[censored]ttrakhand. We had applied for landline connection 11 years back and recently you have provided us with WLL connection , at that time we deposited 1000 Rs and the assurance was given that 1000 Rs will be adjusted in our monthly bill but for last 1 and half months your WLL has become a show piece in our drawing room and one thing I would like to appreciate that you are very active in generating bills o[censored]nused services but not the adjustment which your dept had assured us. We informed Mr RAWAT , care taker of that area but I suppose he more busy than our HON. Chief Minister.
May be you don’t Know the significance of WLL service but ask the people residing in that area . It’s the only mode of communication in case of emergency . (what s the use of 108 without a phone ? ) .
Hope you will consider my request and please let me know (in writing) what action you have taken to rectify the problem.

Dear sir

I am from karur having board band connection in bsnl. I booked on 20th feb 2010. i received the connection on 25th march. after so many phone calls i did. then they given connection.
It is home plan monthly rental rs. 750/- for 256mbps. i have purchased modem in BSNL for Rs. 2000/- (wire less) but i receiving 100.0mbps. Not only in peak hours round the clock.

kindly give us good service. otherwise please don't SMS us about BB or LL for new connections. it is waste of our money & time.

BSNL customer service is very worst.

kindly look on this matter.

There is too much troubleshooting in the service. I change my sim bcos i suppose the error is in sim but eventhough the eroor is not clear. A single call takes two to three call cost. Voice is also not continue that mean communication. So there is problem in continue communication. this is my main No. for communication so i can not change is No. So please solve this error as early as possible

for last 3 months bsnl is charging abnormal cost in my postpaid mobile connection.My mob no is [protected].Its under 249 magic teen plan.They are charging 400rs to 600 rs per month extra amount for a unknown service named "MT sms",when no such sms they re delivering me nt i'm.After the 1st bill i made an complaint at the local exchange through application bt the bnormal bill didnt stop.Suffering 4months with a loss of 1550rs in total i recently stop my connction.now i want t get back my money.Plz help me.
