I have deposited Rs.2, 000/- to BSNL and got a coonnection which is more than 7 years old. In between I have changed my residential address twice. In my present location, I have shifted more than 1 year time and my telephone has been shifted. Since installation in my new residence, the phone was working maximum of 1 month time with the no.[protected]. In the mean time I have discussed with the BSNL officials but in vain. The phone is still dead and I am some times receive the bills. In the BSNL web site there is no existance of this number. The message comes invalid no. Could you please suggest what we should we do.
