I have applied for refund the security deposit on 8th June.09 against my telephone no. They are accept my application. But till now i am not get the security deposit money. Today when I visited the BSNL Visited at 8, here Street branch & they are given me a Letter & Told me that collect the money from 8, Bentick Street.
when i was gone 8, Bentik Street, They are told they have no such information / instruction to given the security money from here.
It's going 4 months latter but I am not get the security money. Therefore i request to you, pls help me on this regards.

My telephone is working but my bsnl broadband connection is not working from 2 Months i complaint in the bsnl Customercare is no response from them .This problem is there from last 2 months . Please rectify this problem.
I have applied BSNL broadband connection in the first week of July 2009 at BSNL office(Thudiyalur - Coimbatore). Last 13.07.09 the BSNL representative installed the modem in my computer. He was not connected to the server, just he gave the user name and password.When i was tried on the same day it was not working. Immediately i was complained to the customer care. So far they were not rectified the error. I was complained for the past 6 days, but there is proper response from the BSNL side. They said simply your connection was pending. I don't know what is the next step. Please guide me and do the needful.

NOre time very low speed. some timethat one shows high speed. So not able access by broad band usefully.

I cannot connect for the last onemonth.
I have called the complaints hot line several times but they say that only exchange guys can correct the problem.
BSNL has absolutely no focus on customer satisfacation, had it been Airtel they would come running and solved it.
I am thinking of giving up the connection
