BSNL Landline — landline dead from 10 days

Dear sir,
my telephone no is [protected] is dead from past 10 days,and nobody have come from the exchange i have informed s.d.o also but he also not taking any action,this section (saharanpur) is going in very bad situation everyone is careless and want money everytime.
so my humbly request you to please see my case and try to solve it as soon as possible.

we have received some obusing calls on my landline (raigad-Alibag...[protected]) from 25-oct-09 to 30-oct-09, so i request u to sent me details bill for the above mentioned period on E-mail ID

My phone & internet bill always exceeds Rs.1220.00per month.Seeing that Ihave checked the usage of my BSNL landline phone.But the bill amount has not changed a bit yet.
I am quite eager to know the bill details of my telephone number[protected].For a long time I have been trying to find the correct helpline number and make an application regarding the foresaid problem.Unforetunately I have failed to get such helpline number or proper guidance from BSNL.Atlast, being very worried about this problem I am forced to lodge a complaint here.
I will be very much obliged to you if you find a solution to my problem.Thanking you.

Is there any way from where i can check my bill or its duplicate bill
and also i want to see the detailed call list so from where i can get it on internet.

sir, i am avinash rawat.i have a bsnl landline[protected] .our bsnl landline bill comes genrally
360 to400. but from four month its come 700 to800. please send me our call detalis on my mail id.

Please contact TRA section of BSNL office, Mettpupalayam road, Coimbatore to get sort out your problem.Why don't you use dynamic locking facility to control your billing amount?contact 2445800 or other numbers to reach your number section to get the detailed bill to verify.

BSNL Landline — My telephone is dead for past 1 week.

I have BSNL land line[protected]. 4 months back I got the connection. After installation it took 1 week to activate due to slot problem in their exchange. After that there are lot of noise in the phone. I mad subsequent request. No response. Last 1 week my phone is dead. I made a complaint(My complaint no. is 107). Past 1 week they are saying Line problem(cable leak). But still now there is no solution. Today I met SDE in bommanhalli office. But no response. I don't know when it get resolved.
