[Resolved] BSNL Landline — changing the piece(phone)

sir,
we want to change our landline piece because it was not working properly.we have to face various difficulties to do a call .we have submitted this complaint to u since 8th june 2009,u can check ur records.we want the new piece i.e. a new id phone.i[censored] can't do so then we think that we should disconnected the phone.kindly give us a new piece and do this fast.

Sir,
I want to change my landline piece because it is not working properly.
I have been using your instrument for the past six years.
Now I am facing various difficulties to do a call .
So please replace the phone with a new one as soon as possible.
Kindly give us a new piece and do this fast. I want the new piece i.e. a new id phone

I want to deactivate the BSNL HUNGAMA MUSIC AND MOVIE ON DEMAND
For the past two months ( January & February ) i have received a bill for without demanding hungama music and movie.
