My Landline no is [protected].Since last 5 months i am being charged Rs 200/- for games on demand.I got a call from bsnl that games on demand was free for 1 month and thereon it would have to be subscribed.I did not subscibe for it but am being charged Rs 200/- for last 5 months.I have not used the games on demand at all and want it unsubscribed immediately and charges for games on demand adjusted in my next bill or I will be forced to go to consumer court.My mobile no.is [protected] and e-mail is [protected]@gmail.com-Sanjay Sajnani Was this information helpful? | |||

My land line No 020/25280726 is dead since 21/10/2011.The complaint is lodged on 22/10/2011 vide complaint No.3854. I am not aware about the magnitude of the fault due to which the PH.is dead for about a Month.It is also not known as to when the fcility would be restored?.Is there any body to look after this issue & let me know the status of this issue
