[Resolved] BSNL Landline — regarding duplicate bill | |||
Respected authority I have a landline connection since March 2011.Since it's inception i didn't get any bill and i have been paying bill by enquiring from bsnl office.Many a time i have lodged complaint in this regard but no adequate step has been taken and everytime i am bound to face diificult situations.Therefore i request finally you to look into the matter otherwise i have to take any legal step in this regard.The duplicate landline bill may be sent to my E-Mail ID i.e [protected]@rediffmail.com kamal Arora [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I have a BSNL LANDLINE NO [protected] for more than 6 years and I pay my bills without delay. For the past three months my bill payment has not been accounted and the bills are raised. My account No [protected]. I have paid Rs551. on march 23 and Rs 551 on May 7th by cash and my user cash bill b[protected]. kindly verify an send correct bill
