MY OUTGOING CALLS CUTOFF FROM 11/8/09 MORNING DUE TO NON-PAYMENT OF BILL ON TIME
I PAID MY LAST BILL OF RS. 588/- IN YOUR GANESHGURI OFFICE BY CASH, RECEIPT NO [protected], date 11/08/2009 at 12.30 pm
BUT TILL TODAY I CAN NOT MAKE ANY CALLS AS ALL OUTGOING CALLS BARED
FROM 11/8 I AM CONTACTIING YOUR CUSTOMER CARE SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY ASSURED ME THAT OUTGOING CALLS WILL BE ACTIVATED SHORTLY
NOW IT IS ON 6TH DAY THAT I CAN NOT MAKE ANY CALLS.
WHAT SHOULD I DO? MY COMPLAIN NO 3669477
WHEN IT WILL BE ACTIVATED?
PRIVATE TELECOM TAKE ONLY 2 HOURS TO ACTIVATE OUTGOING CALLS AND BSNL TAKE UNLIMITED DAYS THEN HOW IT WILL WORK?
IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE FOR SURVIVAL OF BSNL OTHERWISE DAY WILL COME WHEN NO TAKERS OF BSNL.
HOW MUCH I SUFFER FOR LAST 6 DAYS YOU PEOPLE CAN NOT UNDERSTAND.
ONLY DUE TO YOUR BAD SERVICE I HAVE TO SURRENDER MY LANDLINE 6 MONTHS AGO.
HOPE YOU HAVE CURRAGE ENOUGH TO GIVE REPLY.
