[Resolved]  BSNL Mobile Prepaid — Subscribed for MVDO service without my consent

Hi I am Anil Singh Rathour and my mobile No. is [protected]. My connection is 2G. My service provider (BSNL) has actvated for MVDO service without my my consent and charged first time Rs.15.00 and after complane again charged Rs. 30.00 from my account. Please help me to deactivate this service and refund my money if possible.

I too suffered from the instantly deduction as well as activation of MVDO without any authentication. So please deactivate the same and if possible deducted amount may be refunded, accordingly to my cell no. [protected]. from: Sushil Kumar, Jind, Haryana(India)

few days back i compained you about unnecessery sms comming to my no [protected] (Krishna Kumar Pailoor). SMS comes from BT-55666, BT-BSNLIVE.STOP SENDING SUCH SMS IMMIDIATELY, IT DISTURBS ME A LOT. I HOPE YOU WILL TAKE ACTON IMMIDIATELY. OTHERWISE I WILL APPROACH ADVOCATE FOR HELP.
