[Resolved] BSNL Mobile Recharge — Problem Regarding Mobile Recharge | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I am BSNL Prepaid Mobile Customer, My Mobile No.-[protected]. I would like to inform you that on 10th of May 2011 at 9:35:42 pm, I made a recharge of Rs.110/- through BSNL Portal Site (http://portal.bsnl.in/rc/aspxfiles/login.aspx) with Transaction ID – TXE[protected] and Bank Transfer ID - IB FUNDS TRANSFER-[protected] But neither the amount nor the validity has been credited to my number, were as the amount has been debited from my account. I would like to inform you that on 24th of june 2013 at 03:30:00 pm, I made a recharge of Rs.220/- through RELIANCE Portal Site (www.rcom.co.in/) with Bank Transfer ID - IB FUNDS TRANSFER-[protected]. But the amount has not been credited to my number, were as the amount has been debited from my account. Kindly help me regarding the above matter.
