[Resolved] BSNL Mobile — SMS balance is not getting refreshed. | |||
Sir, I'm using a BSNL mobile prepaid connection for the last 6 yrs. As per TRAI's new regulations; we can only send 200 sms per day. I'm always using my 200 sms daily quota at full. However, my sms counter is not getting refreshed at night. While I'm sending sms after 12am midnight, it only shows my previous day's sms balance. It's not getting refreshed for the next day. So that I'm unable to sent sms after midnight, if i used my 200 sms quota before 12. Sir, i requesting you to do the needful to make the system efficient for the valuable customers of BSNL Mobile.It will be a great help for us. Please look into this. Thank you, Shal Joseph. i have recharge my mobile no [protected] through bsnl on line recharge topup vai axis bank account the transaction has been done on dt 23/10/2009 but steel iam weating for balance cradit.detail as under
