I AM USING THE BSNL MOBILE PREPAID SERVICES OF NO. [protected]. A VAS(VALUE ADDED SERVICES) HAVING A CATEGORY OF LOVE SMS SERVICE IS UNNECESSARILY ACTIVATED BY THE OPERATOR AND IT IS BEING RENEWED EVERY 15 DAYS AND RS.15/- IS CHARGED EVERYTIME DESPITE LODGING THE COMPLAINT ON BBCARE VIDE DOCKET NO. A30BR300952 ON 30.01.2013....IT WAS ASSURED THAT THIS SERVICE WILL BE STOPPED, RS. 15/- HAS BEEN DEDUCTED AGAIN ON 13.02.2013 & 24.02.2013. I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY RECTIFY THIS AT THE EARLIEST AND BALANCE DEDUCTED SO FAR,DESPITE LODGING OF COMPLAINT MAY BE CREDITED TO MY TALK TIME VALUE....... Was this information helpful? | |||

dear sir, this is [protected]. On 27th at 11.03 am without any call message i get message from +12630019 in that message as like this " Dear Scbscriber not njoy unlimited songs in mobile Radio service at just Rs. 19/mnt." then i Call BSNL Customer care they given me one Complaint No. KT[protected] they say within 24 hour we slove ur problem. but still not clear
I am using bsnl mobile no.[protected]. I have sent sms vstv395 to 53733 on 05/09/13 for activation of 1200 minutes free talktime. Accordingly, Rs.395 is deducted from my main balance and received message "your special tariff voucher vstv395 is activated and the amount of Rs.395 is deducted from your main balance". But the stf is not activated so far and full charge is deucted each time. Also call charges of 25paise, 20 paise. etc frequently deducted without any reason known to me. DEAR SIR,I AM A BSNL PREPAID MOBILE HOLDER ([protected]).
INCIDENTLY HE HAS SUBSCRIBE FOR INDIATIMES SUBCRIPTION SERVICES ABOUT 15 DAYS AGO. I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE AND ALSO SEND SMS TO[protected] FOR STOPING THIS SERVICE.
BUT TILL TO DATE NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN AND WE ARE NOW MENTELY & FINANCELY DISTURBED. REQUEST NECESSARY ACTION IN THIS REGARD.
