[Resolved] BSNL — broadband not work

Dear sir,

I sudhakar sahoo from at/po- gopalpur, ps- ranpur, dist- nayagarh, orissa, india is a good costumer of BSNL Broadband service. I have submit all the criteria of bsnl. But my broadband service is not functiont properly. I complain to the ranpur area operator to working my line. but he has not respond my talking and talk to me he is not working properly, because he has not capable to work in this line. so we are contact[protected] customer care no. one service provider was receiving my complain and said pls talk to sdo and give a number that is [protected]. after calling to sdo . Mr. sdo said to me pls contact [protected] to contract technician of this operating. But the technician talking me pls complain a consumer forum for solving our problem. and the costomer service will take miss language for calling and thriating to me don't calling this line again and again, if calling again and again he has to power to disconting the line

Dear Sir,

We are 100 % exporter unit in Export promotional Industrial park, Kasna, Greater Noida . We have to be online 8- 10 hours .

It has been one year we have been following up with your department from line man to GM, but no one is ready to go in depth and understand the main problem . ( Few people in your department had said that this is not our duty and bang the phone Mr. P.K Agarwal phone[protected]

We have contacted Mr. Bupander ( Kasna ) he has gain time, now he has been transfer .

Attached is the complain list which we have booked by phone and had noted complain no . more than 30 complain by sms on [protected] and 30- 50 calls to different department .

Today also we have booked complain no 1274552, some time they don't book complain .
