BSNL — No action taken against complaint even after 1.5 weeks

Sub:- Complaints raised several times but no action taken

Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I’m the customer of BSNL Landline and Broadband service having Landline Number – 28452985, Customer ID – [protected] and Account number – [protected]. I have raised complaints so many times as internet is out of service and also for noisy landline, but no action has been taken so far. I’m providing you the complaint / docket numbers that I raised.

Even though I raise complaints, the complaints are closed automatically without any action. I really wonder how technician can close the complaint without resolving the issue. Technicians always expect some bribes , if we don’t offer them any money they won’t work on the complaints and this scenario is very normal in the case of BSNL. I’m providing you such number to you whose name is Mr Thimmiah and his mobile number is +91 [protected]. He’s an in-charge at Whitefield exchange and very famous for asking money. I can also provide other customer’s feedback on the same.
Therefore I’ll cancel my BSNL connection for worst experience and inform you hoping that the necessary action will be taken. I won’t be surprised if I don’t get any response from your end as well as I know BSNL people work in similar fashion as experienced.

BSNL — No action taken for the complaint

Hi,

I got the telephone after four months and after one week i went to office to take Modem.
I gave 200 rupees to issue the modem.
I applied complain for changing internet plan on July 19, 2008 but still its not done. Still old internet plan
is showing in bsnl office.

My complain no is 19070192.
Today when i talked with toll free no 1500 number, bsnl office issued new complain no 5080019
for the same problem.
I think i will be getting new complain no for the same problem every month as per bsnl Toll free no 1500.
This is our india bsnl office.

Portal ID and Password was not provided by BSNL office. I can not check the internet usage.
When i tried to contact bsnl office, no body knows about it simple office employee tells
that you will receive mails automatically .
Everyday i check mail that one day i will be receiving Portal ID and password.

I think BSNL office should be closed as soon as possible. No use of BSNL office.
Telecom minister should take action against BSNL work style.

I am nth time complaining my land line not working some one comes from the department it will work for some days and again it will go out of order My no is 28585897
The worst and most unscrupulous organisation ever experienced by me...to utter shame the BSNL staff ask for money to get your line repaired. So far I have not got back the security deposit of 2 landlines inspite of doing all the formalities. I donate that money for the welfare of the organisation...

BSNL — No action has been taken so far

My mobile no is [protected] and it is under Student power plan. I have been trying to recharge my no with Rs.28 booster pack(on net Re 1/3mins & off net Re 1.20/3mins) from 10/7/2011 onwards. Still now i could not recharge my number with Rs 28 booster pack.I have enquired in bsnl custermer care callcenter,whether Rs 28 booster is applicable to my number and they assured me that absolutely appicable.Regarding this i have been making complaints at the bsnl custemer care but still now no action has been taken from bsnl. still now also i could not recharge my number with Rs 28 booster. kindly atleast now take the necessary steps to resolve the problem

BSNL — no action taken

I have given complain for my phone dead from 11-04-12. No action has been taken till now. When i approached to BSNL circle office they are saying come tomorrow we will look at it but still now no action has been taken. My phone is connected with broad band so i am get trouble to access.

I want action to be taken fast.[protected]
