BSNL — Not providing service from exchange in Vechuchira

I am Shajan Varghese,Kochalummoottil(House),Vechuchira P.O ,Pathanamthitta (Dist) Kerala,Pin-686511
BSNL Land No.[protected].
I took Broad band connection from BSNL,Three days before during thunder my modem was destroyed, then I brought new one and called to the Bsnl exchange in vechuchira(PTA) more the five times,then they answered call after 10 mints,every time they are answered like this , we called at 4pm then they will answer office time finished so call tomorrow.We have too much work through the internet.If they will delay like this we should face big problem.So please take necessary action.
