[Resolved] BSNL — Online Registration | |||
Hi, I recently got a new Landline and Internet connection at home. I wanted to Register myself online so that I can avail online services. As per the process, few weeks back I registered online with my Customer ID however; I had to recieve a call from BSNL customer care to tell me the password for my online account. Its been a month I have not recieved any call or Email from BSNL. I need to avail the online services. My Customer ID is [protected] and Email is [protected]@gmail.com Please help me with the same. I am Rajendra Shirol, resedent of Belvanki Village of Ron taluka in Karnataka.I am BSNL prepaid subsciber since 7 years.There is a BSNL mobile tower at our village hardly at about 100 mtrs distance from my residence.But I am not getting any network signals even at short distance.Many bsnl subscribers are shifting to other services.Many representations were given since 2 years but of no use.Is there any hidden agenda to motivate bsnl subscribers to shift to other services?
