Sir,
I have purchased land line insttrument - PANASONIC with caller ID facility on 26.11.2010. Hither to i was using BSNL land line instrument
with caller ID facility . Now, for new instrument, caller ID is not working the message is the "to register with the service provider" .
In view of the above, may i request your good office to kindly register for the caller ID facility for the new instrument.

I got land phone set (PANASONIC) with Caller ID facility on 26.11.2010 the authorities have not considred my request till date. Moreover the function of the monitor of the
set is not working. I request that steps may be taken to allot another instrument and caller ID facility.
