[Resolved] BSNL Penta — No response from service centre | |||
I purchased a bsnl penta tablet on 19/3/13, but the tablet stopped working within 10 days of purchase and when contacted with the responsible authorities regarding the replacement of the tablet no action was taken. Finally i submitted my tab at a service centre(B.L.Electronics) in Indirapuram(ghazhiabad)on 13/4/13 and was assured that necessary action would be taken within 15 days. But now its almost 20 days and and i am not receiving any proper response from the service centre people and also they registered my tab with someone else's name. I was not even provided with a proper job sheet regarding the submission of the tablet.
