my land line no.[protected] is dead for last two month. I fielled my complain to 198 and the computor issued complain token no. several times. But none of your employee attend the complain.This is a very sad situatituion. you service is very poor so most of the consumer selender their connection .

Due to over head cable problem I have very often dead phone problem. Please arrange to provide under ground cable connection to avoid dead phone problem.

BSNL landline is not working. Lodged a complaint in the exchange three weeks before. But, action has been taken so far

My telephone is dead since 2 months...please do the favorable thing...my no is [protected]

My Land line is not working since 23.04.2009, the line is connected with Broad Band. Due to the above, I could not use my computer as well. I tried several times to make the complaint about this, I could not do so, since there is a complaint is pending from 28.10.2008 (complaint No.02347 / 28.10.2008). I had contacted the Dharmapuri also, still the problem remains same.

I could not pay the rental of non-working days. Request you to view the matter as serious and do the needful immediately.

My telephone # 2628466 is dead since las 20 days i have been complaint and #374 but till date no action taken by anybody.

In April month also got dead then we complaint against the complaint # 310/dtd[protected] and action taken after 10 days.

I have already lodge the complaint in this format also but no action taken.

I am trying in phnoe no- 2626000 & 2613769 and its buzing/engaged.

Our land line number;[protected] the line is dead for the last twenty days we have compliant nearly 40 times to 198 and 2411210 but still the problem persist nobady is taking care or reached our office since this is corporate connettion ( Bank ) our customers are fighting with us kindly takeup the matter and solve this issue early
