[Resolved]  BSNL postpaid mobile — discrepancy in bible

BSNL does not sort out the consumers greivance towards their bill & their call centre people also replied with predetermined answer .
Phone no. of officers mentioned in bill either not working & or not responding .
why BSNL does not display the indiovidual call charge details on website for customer satisfaction .
why a message not come to customers cell just after completion of call , as in case of other mobile operators (AIRTEL ).
