[Resolved]  BSNL Prepaid Anant — deactivation of prepaid plan

sir i have an anant connection ...and currently suscribed to caller tune service ...i just want to unsubscribe to the caller tune service...i was told to by the customer care to message UNSUBSCRIBE TO 56700 ...but message is being sent..i tried this eariler also by calling 56700..as a result a lot of balance got wasted...
plaese deactivate it ...as early as possible..my ph no. [protected]
