BSNL Prepaid — non rechargeing | |
Dear sir, i have a BSNL prepaid connection. I tried several times to recharge it. but it is neither recharged though easy charge or nor by RCV card. I can receive incoming calls but cant make any calls from my number. i have also tried several time to the BSNL customer care no. every time the IVR is ony replays, The customer care oficers never talked with. my details are mobile nokia n 73, BSNL prepaid no[protected] registered on the name of Mr. Gopal Ch. Sahoo, Lane -1, Plot no 1180/A, Aerodrum area, Bhubaneswar, orissa - 751020 Was this information helpful? | |

BSNL Prepaid — balance is in negative amount
Dear AllKind note that on 07/09/2009 evening my balance was Rs30/- and I made a STD call for 2minutes. After that no calls were made. Now I see that my balance is in negative Rs 50.25.
Request you to look into this matter and credit back my balance asap.
