[Resolved]  BSNL Prepaid Chhattisgarh — Not Received Talk Time as per company's offer

yes thsi is very crucial problem of bsnl. i also request u to please punish bsnl and give the balance amount to customer with compansations. thanx

I, WILLINGTON WILLIAM RESIDENT OF QUARTER NO. 19-B, STREET-24, SECTOR-2 BHILAI & SUBSCRIBER OF TELEPHONE NO.[protected] IS IN VERY DIFFICULT CONDITION FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS DUE TO NON FUNCTIONING THE SAME. SOME TIMES IT GETS TOTAL DEAD OTHERWISE I CANNOT HEAR DUE TO HEAVY DISTURBACE.MY AGED MOTHER IS IN KERALA SHE WILL DIAL ONLY IN MY LAND PHONE BUT I CANNOT HEAR WHAT SHE SAYS. I REPEATEDLY COMPLAINT THE SAME IN 198,[protected] &[protected] BUT NO BODY BOTHERED TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. YESTERDAY ALSO I COMPLAINT IN '198' BUT TILL NOW NOBODY CAME AND ATTENDED. THEN I CALLED THE LINE MAN IN '[protected]' HE TOLD ME THAT YOU CAN COMPLAINT ANY WHERE. THAT IS WHY I'M ADDRESSING MY PROBLEM TO YOU. I REGULARLY PAYING THE BILLS. I PAID THE BILL UP TO 31st MAY 2010. THEN WHY I SHOULD SUFFER. OTHER WISE YOU MAY PLEASE ADVICE ME WHY I SHOULD NOT DISONNET THE TELEPHONE LINE.

I have accepted your option jobs.com in April Or May 10, and i am paying Rs20/- per month for this facilities, but I want to discontinue this option
and also I have sent massages to stop sending messages and deduction like this. No any action havebeen taken yet. You are requested pl. stop it and close this chapter.

BSNL Prepaid Chhattisgarh — very bad service

The bsnl tower fix in village-tamta,tahshil-patthalgaon,dist-jashpurnagar(c.g.).the bsnl give very bad service in our area.the tower is not not working good, but the tower signal is up/down.the phone will be disconnected is 5 second.we complaint bsnl SDO and BSNL JUNIAR ENGENIER,but the problem is not solved and provlem is over of old position.thebsnl SDO and BSNL JUNIAR ENGENIER is not entrested in solve this problem.

With due respect . Sir, my location is RASOUTA-Balouda-Janjgir-champa(chhattisgarh)
here is a big difficult problem it is coverage problem. here is two bsnl tower . it's location is Jawalpur & Balouda. these tower are always not working in 3-4 days in week. So we suffering from coverage problem always. and all bsnl custemers are belongs to other private service provider.
I respected u sir that plz take action for this big difficult.
