BSNL CRICKET alert service is stared by mistake in my mobile & Rs.30/-is being deducted from my account 19th.day of previous 2 months. I want to stop this facility immediately, many times I tried through BSNL cutomer care but they were not able to stop this faclity.They said that BSNL is not responsible for this, so when I contact at 126300 there is no option to stop this facility and no provision to talk personaly at this number and only computor generated voices are heard.This number(126300) is not toll free.So very heay charches to be paid by me to BSNL.I have sent to SMS at 126300 and BSNL customer care service to stop this fasality.
