[Resolved]  BSNL Prepaid Mobile — bsnl radio service 126300

Dear Sir,

I am BSNL pre paid Mobile user o[censored]ttranchal circle. My mobile no is [protected]. BSNL Radio services is stared by mistake in my mobile. I want to stop this facility immediately, many times I tried through BSNL cutomer care but they were not stop this faclity and also give unsatisfactory answer and said BSNL is not responsible for this fasality, contact at 126300.when I contact at 126300 there is not option to stop this fasality and no provision to talk personaly at this number and only computor generated voices are heard.This number(126300) is not toll free.So very heay charches to be paid by me to BSNL.I have sent to SMS at 126300 and BSNL customer care service to stop this fasality.
Kindly stop this facility in my mobile.

Gprs activated but not working since one month on my prepaid connection no. [protected]
Gprs does not work continiously on my mobile and it's speed is very slow on my pc when i connect by data cable.Please handle it MY MOBILE NO IS [protected]. I AM THANKFUL TO YOU.
My mobile number is +91 [protected]. I received the same message from 12630019, on Jan 10th 2009, that I have been "Successfully" charged 19/- for unwanted Radio Service.. that too without my concern. Atleast I did not expect this kind of cheap tactics by Public sector company like BSNL. From then I have been charged 19/- each month (i.e., Rs. 114/- till June 2009).
When I contacted the customer service center regarding this issue, they give me a reply that, I pressed some buttons while talking to somebody and that’s the reason for enabling the Radio Service... Ridiculous...
Dear BSNL, Even if any type of such arrangement is there in your system, it is your minimum responsibility to send a request to me for confirming weather this facility enable or not.
Further whatever procedure they gave to unsubscribe from this scheme simply did not work. So, I here by request the concerned authority to take action against such schemes and refund my Rs 114/- talk time. Also unsubscribe me from this service.

BSNL Radio — unaccepted service - reg

I have not choosen BSNL Radio. However, I am surprised to see the service intruded in my mobile. My mobile no.[protected]. Please stop the service.

i am BSNL prepaid mobile user from Pune, Maharashtra. i hav 2 numbers.[protected] and [protected] . on these both the numbers there some scheme in which call rate is 40 paise/min, is started by BSNL . i hav complained it many times in BSNL customer care centre... but they are not taking any action.. due to this scheme i lose 2 Rs/day
Yesterday i hav complained it again.. this time they told me to change this card, but i couldn't change my card .
kindly stop this facility on both the nos as fast as u can.

Dear Sir,
I am BSNL pre paid Mobile user of West Bengal circle. My mobile no is [protected]. On 23/10/2009 my mobile recharged by Rs. 46 /- magic voucher and the validity date was 22/11/2009. But automatically the validity date changed to 22/10/2010. Then I contact to your customer service and they replied that some similar type complaint came to us but we can't rectify the mistake.
Now, I am not interested in this power plan. So, please cancel the power card facility as the validity date already gone on 22/11/2009 and help me for recharging my mobile with my suitable power tariff.

i am final yr btech student. i want to deactivate my RADIO STATION ... it is automatically activated in my phone...and every mnth it is cutting 20/- rs... i called up to customer care they r telling that they dont know about this radio station... soo what can I do sir/madam... i want to DEACTIVATE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE... My mobile number is [protected] and without my consent the BSNL activated BSNL Mobile Radio on[protected] and deducted Rs, 20/- and today they again deducted Rs, 20/- for mobile station and surprisingly another service i, e. Music Station added and deducted Rs, 19/-without my consent. I immediately contacted the costumer care they asked me from which number I got activation of two services. When I searching the numbers she disconnected the line. Since morning I tried to contact costumer care after all steps and finally asked me press 9 to contact person but coming voice record stating that my pressing 9 is wrong. This very bad to say that today itself I loosed Rs, 39/- unwanted services. Kindly deactivate this two services immediate and add my amount other wise i want to proceed consumer forum for getting justice. The BSNL is a government company and it is very bad that cheating the costumers by using this type of cheap tactics.

I was using BSNL mobilenetwork no [protected] on the name of Devindra Prashad misplaced my mobile around 2pm today, and requested to disconnect the no [protected] but call was refused and asked to lodge the complaint at the police station.

My name is MOHINI UDAY RAIBAGKAR, i want to know how to deactive the mobile radio services. Since 2years in mobile No. [protected] automatically activated the service of MOBILE RADIO. I am trying to Customer Service Centre using [protected]. But they have not satisfied and not deactivate till to day. So i request the customer care how to deactive the mobile radio by sending message.

In November 2011 i also make complant in Jalna BSNL office to stop this service. The consert officer assured me that from next month It will be stop.
