I am Dipesh Shah Akola (M.S) Cell No.[protected], I called to BSNL Customer Care From Last 8days for Deducting 2 Rs. at time of mobile switch ON and my total 15Rs.FRC is Null due to this deduction,
I Called on BSNL Customer Care No. 1503, so many times but Customer Care Executives doesnt receive my call and 3 times tells due to technical problem we cant solve your problem.
So this is my Kindly request to you for solve my Problem as soon as possible.
