[Resolved] BSNL Prepaid Mobile — 2 tariff active but working only one | |
my customer from Lucknow UttarPradesh mr devesh mishra take tarrif plans for free voice call bsnl to bsnl i do e-top for Rs. 300 tarrif plan on 08.09.2009 and confirmation message not get til 1 hours so i called to customer care service [protected] and there told me that transction is not complete so i asked again to my client that its not sucessful then he told me that u give 2 months tarrif plan for Rs. 112 and i gave him this plan. after that i dont get confirmation message till 45 minuts. So i again call to customer care and there tell me that both transction is sucessfully and in Rs. 300 plan cutomer wil get Rs. 272.00 talk time and in Rs 112.00 2 months tariff plan wil active. So i check again in evening so i found that both tariff plans active free voice call and also 2 months. but customer is not get talk time Rs.272.00 yet and free voice call service is shown active but price is deduct on each call by plann 112 for 2 months. So please tell me hou can active 2 plans at a time ?. and why mis guide me by customer care. now customer is saying i wil pay only 112.00 Rs only . i wil not pay u Rs 300.00 coz its only show and not working and Rs 300+112 is deduct from my C-Top SIM so please suggest me wht i do......? BSNL Prepaid — service active but no working
