I have Purchased a bsnl 3g sim and the 3g speed is very very low i think that Bsnl Has fooled me
SO I RECOMMEND THAT NEVER USE BSNL 3G IN HIMACHAL PRADESH

PURCHASE IDEA 3G WHICH WILL BE LOUNCHED COMMERCIALLY ON 21 TO 27 FEB 2011 IN HP
OR
JUST WAIT FOR AIRTEL 3G IT WILL TAKE 1-2 MONTHS TO START IN HP

    The new BSNL portal selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in is not useful. This site is not opening at all. I am using I E browser 6 .The previous BSNL portal was opening on all internet browser. How one can check now broadband usages. The new selfcare BSNL portal should be removed / cancelled immediately. BSNL broadband users must protest the new portal selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in.
    My landline no. is [protected].send duplicate bill copy on my e mail id.
    I have register for checking uses the broadband but not open

      I have a Reliance GSM connection.After the launch of MNP I would like
      to change my cell number to BSNL.Because the Reliance GSM network have very low inbuilding coverage in my location(Arthunkal).I had already submit the
      Address,Id proofs and photograph in BSNL office Cherthala on Thursday 2nd
      February [protected]@ 01:40pm.After seven days my reliance GSM number is migrated to BSNL network but I can't get any incoming calls till now in that number.And the out going call is active in the new BSNL SIM and my old RELIANCE GSM SIM????.
      Then I went to BSNL office Cherthala for complaint the same.They collect all details but there is no solution.I have also complained via the customer care number in Cherthala.But they don't rectify the problem and not take any action and I get very BAD support from there!!(This is a pathetic condition of BSNL services in this competitive time).I'm work with Reliance Communication and compare to BSNL we give better customer support.But due to the inbulding coverage(because the freequencies of BSNL and Reliance GSM are different)is very low in my area and the 3G network;that I think to change one of my Reliance connection to BSNL.
      Due to this INCOMING not received issue I can't use my number.
      Now I think to change the number to the home network(Reliance)because the calls are very important for me..

      PLEASE NOTE:Before the migration to BSNL all customers "think Twise" because the customer care support is very poor!!

Also receive a call & massage date 11jan Bp-free, 15 jan Bp-javed, 17 jan Bp[protected], 19 jan Bp-56363, BP- top 5, Bp[protected], 21 Jan BL- Big Bazar, 22 Jan BP-Latest, 22 Jan TD- Parul, 24 Jan TD- Parul, 30 Jan BP[protected]. After start DND service 75 days these massage send me.
        So, please suggest me now what should I do.

          I have subscribed for th Broadband service from BSNL (BSNL Landline No:[protected]. The plan is Rs. 900/- Home Combo Broadband plus (which says 4Mbps speed for upto 8GB download and thereafter 512Kbps speed Unlimited access + 400 calls free per month).

          However, we have never been able to even surf at even the speed of 256 Kbps (which is not what we have opted for). And more importantly, the connection breaks very often during usage.

          I’ve contacted your customer service (telephone) @ [protected] and raised many complaints and the technicians after trying all the possible configurations from their end have finally suggested me to contact the exchange (Kumarswamy Layout) and provided the JTO’s (Siddappa’s) number.

          Myself, my dad and wife contacted him (Siddappa) in person on many occasions and explained the issues that we are experiencing with low SNR downstream value (which is around 4 or less dB always) which the customer service say should be atleast (the worst case) 12 dB (and the optimum value should be 30 dB) for the plan that I have opted for; but Siddappa insists that the SNR (5 dB or lesser is all that I can get here; which I don’t understand as it contradicts the info provided by your customer service technician).

          Many of technicians (from the franchisee) did visit my residence and checked the SNR value by logging into the router page and confirmed that indeed the SNR value is very low and just vanished without doing anything else saying that they would need to perform a line test to rectify the issue and never returned.

          Siddappa also is not taking any action on the multiple complaints raised by going to the Exchange in person / Ticket’s logged via Phone.

          Finally today Murali from franchisee came and inspected the issue and confirmed that the issue is due to very low SNR margin (which was 4 dB when he checked) and he said it should at least be 12 + dB as confirmed by the BSNL Telephone customer service).

          I’m providing the information of the numerous Tickets logged via Phone on different dates for your information:

          Spoke to Uma again....
          No use... She again gives the same Ticket Number as it is still open and no action taken.


          Asked to call: 1500 to log the complaint.

          Geetha disconnected the call and also she was not keen on customer support was hardly responding to my queries
          Called 1500 again (Roopa) received the call


          9th Feb 2011....
          The Ticket ID is 0211/677 (Vishwanath)


          10th Feb 2011....
          @ 7:45 PM called to customer service once again, Spoke to Vishwanath.... (the same guy)
          He said call @[protected]to speak to Divisional Engineer (Vittal Shastri)) after 10:30 AM. Called him and he has told the issue will be fixed in 2 days. (which is over now).
          Finally on insisting to give me some contact to write to he gave me this mail ID to which I’m sharing the details.

          On 12th Feb 2011 Murali from Franchisee/ outsourced technician for BB issues visited and checked the cables inside and around my house and confirmed that the entire line needs to be checked thoroughly and the action needs to be taken by Siddappa. He confirmed that the issue is with the SNR value being low and it should atleast be 12 dB.
          From 12th Feb 2011 (it’s more than a week now), my wife is following up with the exchange everyday and either no response / if anybody receives a call they just say we will look into it and disconnect the call even before we can say something.

          This is the worst possible service that any provider can provide……

          Hope there is a proper escalation channel and proper individual who really want to do there designated work properly……

            My connection was installed in July but started working from 22 nd November10 only. But Bills are received from July'10 onwards. Further, Internet Broad Band bill is also attached from July'10 whereas Broad Band installed from 12/01/2011.

            Please send rectified bills for payment.

              On 2011 February 1st I given an MNP request for my mobile number "[protected]" UPC “BLNWSLBD” from BSNL to MTS, yet it not activated (even after 18 days of request) and still I can use my same BSNL number.
              So I contacted many times with MTS customer care and they are saying BSNL is not allowing to port out.(NO REASON) . While I contacted with BSNL they are telling they don’t know anything about this.
              Please note that it’s my years old connection without having any negative balance.
              So again I given an MNP request on 2011 February 10th to TATA DOCOMO, yet it not activated.
              And I don’t think it will be ok. Please kindly allow me to port out from BSNL.
              So kindly help me to port out from BSNL to TATA DOCOMO.

              Dear Sir,
              I have given a request for MNP from BSNL to Airtel on[protected], but till date[protected] it has not been donoe. I was told from Airtel that this will take 7 days of time. Its been more than 3 Weeks now and there is no progress. I went to the Airtel Showroom, where i was told that BSNL have to first disconnect my number and only then Airtel can transfer the number. Then I visited BSNL showroom, where i was told that until Airtel gives an Acceptance letter to BSNL stating that Airtel is accepting me as there customer, BSNL cannot do anything. This seems to be just ridiculous. None of the Opertors i.e., BSNL and Airtel, are giving any positive replies. Kindly help me on this. You can contact me on [protected]

                On 17th Feb one of the BSNL customer care person called to our land line and informed abt the offer for
                games on demand like i[censored] subscribe for GOD u ll be detected 200RS from u r bill.. Even though i got doubt i subscibed it.. and finally he said u ll get a call again with in 2 min but dont ask any doubt bcoz the offer starts from tom but v r giving from today.. Immediately i called to BSNL customer care then they said no such offer..

                so many frouds are going on to reach their targets... we take a proper action on them.. and make sure not to repeat such things..

                sir my name is pratik bafna. i made a call to ur customer care around 10 o clock about validity expansion of my number. he gave me information that i[censored] make top up of 200 u will get 181 rs talktime and 6 months validity and i[censored] make recharge of 200 u will get 6 months validity. and when i had done 200 recharge i got only one month validity and 5oo mb usage of internet . due to wrong information today i suffered 200 rs loss. please see at request and inform me and pls take out the way. my no is [protected]. i called 20 times every time the cal was received and purposely cut.

                On 21st November 2011from BZ[protected] at 12.23 "WORD - BSNL Alerts service activated and RS.25/- deducted from my mobile no.[protected] with any communication and also messages Rs.25/- will be deducted every month from my account.
                I am trying to contact customer care person from 12.23 PM on 21/11/2011but every time message received " is root ki sabhi laine baiyast hai thodi der bad dail karen"
                This type of frouds and cheating are doing by BSNL.. and make sure not to repeat such things.

                          BSNL broad speed assured is 8MB/s and we are in Rs 4500/- combo schme..
                          but what we actuallay getis around 2 mb/s..
                          Approched many times broadband help deska nd BSNL exchange..
                          They are unable to resolve this..
                          Cheating continuing in the form of their bill of the order of Rs 6000/- per month.
                          Where to address this issue..pls find the broad band speed test done on 16-02.2011..

                            from two month i am asking for bsnl gprs setting for my cell ...but they r not giving me a reply of my request i am having a handset of htc model no is p3400i they always say that with in 24 hours u will get all the setting but till now i didnt get any setting so please help me out...
                            i think, bsnl c-care service is very poor +lazy+ no words to explain+...

                            after 10:00 PM they are sleep and lastly recive and not talk but send own noses sound like as suuuuuuuuuu ...suuuuuuuuuuu

                            I wanted to activate GPRS on my Nokia 6303 Classic phone for which I send sms "GPRSPRE" to 53733 as well as I manually set the settings. But it was of no use.
                            I called customer care for my problem today i.e 19th january and it was very dispointing that as soon as the customer support officer heard that I wanted to activate GPRS, he put my call on hold and even after waiting for over 10 min. no one received my call.
                            Please look into the matter because if it is the way customer care treats their customers then their is no use of having a customer care service.

                            I have a using aNOKIA.Mobile model NOKIA C3-00 my mobile has not saved GPRS settings please solve that my problem.

                            you can get the automatic setting for gprs only if you are using symbian/java operating system phones by sending sms like make model no to 58355, eg: NOKIA 5130XPRESSMUSIC to 58355. if you are using android/windows operating system phone just put your access point as bsnlnet and keep rs 50 balance. may i know your phone model.? or contact your nearest BSNL customer service centre.

I have applied for broad Band connection with telephone no.279356 on the plan of Rs.500 per month on 08 Feb2011.Telephone was installed on 12 and broad band was installed on 16 feb 2011.I.Due to poor service and noncooperation of your technical staff I applied for disconnection on 29 Apr 2011.Broad Band and telephone instrument was also handed over to your office on 29 Apr 2011.I have paid the bill up to 30 Apr on 30 June 2011..Now I got message for pending bill or Rs.808.17 today 02 Sept 2011.I have applied for refund of my security on 30 June.But till today my security in not refunded and it is beyond my understanding why I should pay bill after 30 Apr.Hoping early positive action .This is harassment being caused tome.from your side.

                                  my name is CHANDRU .and my mobile number is [protected] and i have the operator from the Airtel to Bsnl and i Recharge of Rs.46 from and inform me that u get the amount 46 along with the 1000 sms free and 500 mb download free but bsnl has deducted the amount of sms then i contacted at gandhidham custom care from where i recharged the mobile but they cannot give the satisfactiory reply and told u come to tommorrow then again i contact them they again not give reply satisfactory told me that the we send the ur complain through email but cannot get the reply.at present i helpless and what to do, so it is requested to solve the my problem because i think bsnl harrass the customer with the wrong informantion.
                                  ys there is nobody to attend the customers, and we have to hang for long time... a very ridiculous service... not at satisfied

                                  I am pankaj kumar.I have applied for a broadband internet connection on 17 of august 2011 (for area hunasamaranahalli near indian air force station yelahanka ) but its pending till now. I went to yelahanka customer care twice they told me you better contact Mr.prakash he used to install new connection but both the time he is not present in the office.I called him on his mobile number (provided by customer care yelahanka help desk ) he usually don't answer the call if he answer some time he is getting some single problem or he says,he has no cable for installation & he says don't call in this number. My customer no. is 54313340 & OB no. is 87040848.I logged a complain in BSNL online my complain no. is[protected] but of no use.So its my humble request to kindly look into the matter.

                                      When i call to other network they charge more than respective my plan.
                                      my plan is : nastham
                                      (when i call to except BSNL network they charge extra amount)

                                      for example:

                                      i called [protected] at 12:11p.m in[protected] and my call duration is 457 secondas,to this call they charge Rs 5.70 ,according to my plan to charge Rs5.484.
                                      in this case they charge more than actual charge.

                                      i faced this problem since 2 months.

                                      i teel this problem BSNL they are not respond properway.
                                      and i given complient also my complint number is [protected] this is given[protected] date.

                                        The Mobile Service Provider 59595 activated some service as free trial on my mobile. Later on they subscribed it without user permission. Since last few months 59595/[protected] renew it without user permission and charge money from balance. It looks as the company is adopting illegel ways to earn more profits.Please Deactivate services of 59595/[protected] and refund money. Also ACTIVATE DO NOT DISTURB SERVISE to get rid o[censored]nwanted SMSs
