I am the user of mobile no. [protected]. Every day I am receiving messages from 53030 asking me to answer their silly questions. Without my consent they have made me a subscriber of AFACT5TOLLY5 and deducted Rs. 5/- from my account. They further stated that to unsubscribe send the message to them as UNSUBAFACT5TOLLY5. When I sent the message to unsubscribe, they replied that the text of message is wrong and again deducted Rs. 5/-. Onceagain I neatly composed UNSUBAFACT5TOLLY5 and sent to 53030. But, instead o[censored]nsubscribing they further deducted Rs. 5/- and said the same old story of wrong text message.
Today I have received a message from 53030 stating that 'your subscription for AFACT5TOLLY5 will be renewed in 1 days. To unsubscribe send UNSUBAFACT5TOLLY5 to 53030'. This message was sent on 14 Dec 09 at 08:10:07 through message centre No[protected] sender by +53030. But, I have not sent any reply to them as I know they will onceagain deduct the money from my account.
Kindly arrange to stop this type of stealing money and sending messages to me henceforth. Was this information helpful? |
BSNL — PREPAID SERVICES
I have brought a recharge coupon of Bsnl [EXCEL] for Rs.110/-. When I tried to recharge with this coupon, the error message was "Recharge not possible" I triet to reach the customer care services, and the operator kept sayoin "all routes are busy" I have been trying to call BSNL Customer Care from 5th Nov 2010, 1 p.m. Till now, i.e., 6th Nov 2010 3.00 P.M, the operator just keeps saying that all the routes are busy. having tried from other phone numbers also, I am now lodging a compliant on the negligence and low standards of BSNL prepaid services. The customer care services also proves a waste of valuable resources.
