[Resolved] BSNL PREPAID MOBILE SERVICES — Unwanted sms from 53030 of BSNL to deduct money

I am the user of mobile no. [protected]. Every day I am receiving messages from 53030 asking me to answer their silly questions. Without my consent they have made me a subscriber of AFACT5TOLLY5 and deducted Rs. 5/- from my account. They further stated that to unsubscribe send the message to them as UNSUBAFACT5TOLLY5. When I sent the message to unsubscribe, they replied that the text of message is wrong and again deducted Rs. 5/-. Onceagain I neatly composed UNSUBAFACT5TOLLY5 and sent to 53030. But, instead o[censored]nsubscribing they further deducted Rs. 5/- and said the same old story of wrong text message. Today I have received a message from 53030 stating that 'your subscription for AFACT5TOLLY5 will be renewed in 1 days. To unsubscribe send UNSUBAFACT5TOLLY5 to 53030'. This message was sent on 14 Dec 09 at 08:10:07 through message centre No[protected] sender by +53030. But, I have not sent any reply to them as I know they will onceagain deduct the money from my account. Kindly arrange to stop this type of stealing money and sending messages to me henceforth. BSNL Prepaid Mobile — Network Problem

Since 3G has been launched in Lucknow BSNL service has detoriateed a lot.The CCE at BSNL Call center disconnects the call after saying that the Mobile phone is faulty.
How to get out of the situation as i couldn't change the number.

mera phone kho gaya tha maine phir se naya sim card no.[protected]HLR-) mobile no. [protected] liya hai lekin jab se naya sim issue huwa hai tab se 1-2 cal karne ke bad mobile refress ho jata hai. phone ko kai bar shope pe dikhaya hai lekin wo phone ko sahi batate hai.

I am a user of BSNL student suvidha.Though for calling I have no problem but my messages are not sending properly most of the times I want to send a message 5-6 times for sending that message every time it is getting failed. Not only that my relatives and friends to whom I send messages is not getting the messages is proper time. A delay of one hour or two hour is there in message receiving. Dear sir ,
I have Reliance india mobile phone since last 6 years, It is life time activated,
My problem is that call waiting service is not activated on my phone, i have made many complaint in this regard , i was given a number to dial *311, to activate the service , but when i dial the number , the error massage "Pease check the number u have diald" i requested to nota a complaint to custmer care but he did not give me any complaint number. My phone instrument is fully comptible for this service.

The issue is prevalent in Airtel Delhi circle as well. I tried STOP ALL keywords but am yet to receive any confirmation for the unsubscription.

I am getting unsolicited sms from the following number.[protected]. How can I get the details so that I could make a complaint. Do the cellphone service providers have a online directory. Why there is no such directory like that of the old printed telephone directories. Is the TRAI aware of these difficulties of customers. Should we not make mandatory the directories.
