BSNL — Recharge Process Not Getting Completed | |||
Dear Sir, I have made online recharge (through Union Bank Debit Card) for my cell phone no +91 [protected] from bsnl portal itself at 12:30 PM on 7/7/2013... First I have made talk time recharge of rs 50 (Ref no.[protected]) and then 2G net recharge of rs 54 (Ref no.[protected])... But I have had recieved msg that sales transaction can not be completed and get assistance from customer care... After this I have had recharge of 50 rs again from a vendor located near by on Anandmahal road,Surat,Gujarat... But recharge not done...it shows recharge successful but amount not credited yet and it shows main balance null... Anticipating for fast and favourable solution for this as Customer Care no is not connecting as usual... Was this information helpful? | |||
