I CLOSED MY BROAD BAND CONNECTION ON[protected] AND SUBMITTED LAND LINE INSTRUMENT ETC., DUE TO THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO FAR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ADVACNCE AMT RS.500/-AND ABOVE.TILL DATE. I HAVE MET A O , BSNL, KAKINADA FOR MORE THAN 3 TIMES. EVERY TIME HE TOLD ME I WILL SEND DD AT AN EARLY DATE. I AM REQUESTING YOU TO TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH CONCERNED GM AND TAKE SEVERE ACTION AGAINST THOSE WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SENDING DRAFTS. MY TELEPHONE NO.[protected], ON MY TRANSFER TO RAJKOT(GUJARAT) I SURENDERED THE INSTRUMENT/CONNECTION ON 29.04.2008 AT HOSUR TELEPHONE OFFICE, BUT TILL DATE I HAD NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND AMOUNT, INSPITE OF MANY REMINDERS/CALLS TO HOSUR/DHARMAPURI TELEPHONE OFFICES. LOOK IN THIS MATTER URGENTLY TO SETTLE THE REFUND OTHERWISE I HAVE TO LEGAL STEPS, BECASUE IT ALREADY TAKES NEARLY FIVE MONTHS. BY MOHANKUMAR.M
