[Resolved] BSNL — refund of deducted money during recharge due to unsuccessful recharge | |||
My BSNL no. is [protected]. I recharge free roaming pack of Rs. 199 on 17/06/2013 at 11.48pm at through my accoun by paytm application through my mobile which is unable to success completely. But the recharge amount Rs.199 was deducted from my account. For which I receive messages that the deducted amount will be refund. But the amount is not refund till today to my account. But in paytm application it shows that the amount is refunded. I can not contact to paytm or bsnl. My order no is[protected]. The same thing also happen during recharge of Rs. 41 to my mob. BSNL — refundable money
sir,this is inform u that my father disconnect telephone about 1.5 year aggo but we didn't receive refundable money yet the refundable money about 1200rs.the telephone registered name is keshaw prasad, nehru nagar balco, dist korba (c.g.) so please kindly consider my comlaint.
