Sir/Madam, I have disconnected the land line phone 3-4 months ago but the telecom provider has not yet returned my security money to the mentioned address given to them during the day of closing of the land line phone.where to get the help. WE TAKE A LANDLINE CONNECTION IN 2005, AFTER ONE YEAR WE DISCONNECT THIS IN 2006.BUT SECURITY MONEY IS NOT REFUNDED YET.LANDLINE NO WAS [protected], CONTACT NO-[protected].PLEASE HELP. I have surrendered my land line telephone no[protected] in the month of Nov. 2010 alonghwith instrument. But till date it is regreted that yet not received the security amount OR not any communication from your side.
