[Resolved]  BSNL shimla circle — i don't want messages and ringtones from the company.

I have broadband connection plan 250 (govt plan 20 percent discountL), but u didnot give me the discount of 20 percent.I have submitted my father offical certificate with your broadband form. I went to your office at mall one of the employee says that they did not recieve the certificate. Today I went to boileauganj exchange there Mr.A.R verma shows the register and says I have submitted all the documents in our mall office the register number is 670 and dated 3-11-09. due to your unsatisfactory terms and conditions which are unreasonable I go to consumer court

sir m not satitisfiied with BSNL BROADBAND SERVICES neither with BSNL LANDLINES. Many times we have complainted regarding this issue bt no action has yet been taken. We have paid near about 5000 Rs. as our broadband charges bt itz nt working for past 6 to 7 months.
I request u to plz refund our amount and to stop these services BROAD BAND as well as LANDLINE.

I have made complaint via BSNL compalint reference no. is 1432010 dated 22/02/2011. Request BSNL to ensure that phone works.

So you are requested to check this matter If the phone can not be OK. then cut my connection.
