[Resolved]  BSNL — broadband usage

BSNL broadband 500c plan — internet usage is not available

Eventhough I can reach upto the BSNLportal in the nternet when I click the "broad band users click here to log in" line the reply comes as "this page cannot be displayed.
Please give me a solution for this problem.

broadband conrction is not conected.when i conected to bsnl always shown phone line is busy.i cant contact to the customer care centre.

TCS — Poor BSNL Broadband customer service.

Hi,

BSNL broadband has very poor customer service. The customer representatives are rude and bang the phone on the customer.

Further the trouble shooting of bsnl problems is not done immediately. The bsnl service shld improve.

i am anle to one the window through bbservices.bsnl.in therefore i am unable to see my usage details...also a month ago i have applied for plan change(given written application to commercial)..but i am unable to see which plam i m currently using..

I was on tour to Gangotri for 15 days.Still I am shocked to see that my broadband connection was used.I live in Pune and I am a customer of BSNL BROADBAND SERVICES. My phone number is[protected]Phone is on my brothers name)through which broadband is connected.When contacted they only say that someone had used it.But who? They should show me details and must have shown me that in that particular period theservice had been used by my computer? Is there any remedy to monitor my broadband usage ?

broad band useages not opning — user id & password showing incorrect

we have bbservice from last 2 year's .
but still now we cant check useages of internet because
user id & password is not excepting .
p.w. & id given by bsnl department with connection.
we trying many times, but sowing both are wrong.

I could not able to get the proper usage of bsnl broadband.Though they give me the website to check the broadband usage http://bbservices.bsnl.in but i could not able to get into the website homepage.
